Its been ONE YEAR of GREAT MEMORIES and more to come. . .
Today, 18/11/09 marks 1 year of the relationship I have with my better one. Chee Su Ling, I just want you to know that it was the best year I ever had. You have been there for me through thick and thin. Most importantly, you tolerated my shits well. I am so so glad for that. 1 year passed by just like that, nothing changed. You are still the same great girl I knew. Thanks for everything sayang. I love you to bits baby!

Latest Hit In Town, Wonder Girls!
The Wonder Girls (Korean: 원더걸스) are a South Korean girl group. Their producer and manager is singer-songwriter Park Jin-Young and the Wonder Girls are signed to his talent agency, JYP Entertainment. Each of the five original members were selected through auditions. Debuting in early 2007, they became popular in the fall of that year with the song "Tell Me."
They have scored three consecutive #1 hit singles: "Tell Me", "So Hot", and "Nobody". In 2008, they won two Daesangs ("Artist of the Year" Awards).

Needs HELP!
You see, I am using a Nokia E90 and recently, it has been giving me some problems. Is it me or does phones nowadays have a significantly shorter lifespan?
Anyway, I need some recommendation for phone repair shops. I have heard many stories about dishonesty with them shops. Apparently they change the internal parts too. Is that real? Sigh.. S A D !
Anyway, the E90's earpiece has gone cuckoo! I have to use my headsets wherever I go and its not convenient at all. Need to get it fixed. Asked a shop in Digital Mall PJ, they said it could be many factors, i.e. the volume IC, the earpiece itself or even the ribbon connecting the both. *yawns*
Maybe its time to get a new phone! BB looks good! DiGi oh DiGi, when are you coming out with BB plans? Dont loose out on the current fight between H and X! If you cant beat them, join them!

Sam Tsui, up and coming youtube talent I suppose.
Ever heard of Sam Tsui? Many of us chinese would have heard of Sam Hui the great Cantopop star.
Today, its about Sam Tsui and his side kick, Kurt Schneider. Anyway, I stumbled upon their videos at Marcus' blog.
Gave it a click and WOW! I was really impressed! Youtube talents are becoming better and better these days. They can really really sing, unlike those in talent competitions/reality tv or whatsoever. To me, this is what I call talent. Really IMPRESSIVE!

I just got back from the preview of The Ugly Truth in Cathay Cineplex at e@Curve(Cineleisure). It was indeed a good movie. Good in the sense that it was a good laugh and some what reveals the reality of men in the world. I shall not spoil the show any further. Laugh your @$$ off in this show. Recommended to all.

Latest! Maybank2u SCAM!
I discovered this new scam today. Usually I dont really check my junk mails but today, somehow I decided to go thru them one by one. And I stumbled upon this!
Guys and girl, please dont fall for these!
Check this out. Its a print screen from my email and I have already highlighted some important notices in the email that says its a scam.
1. From above, you can see that the sender's email is xxx@maybank2u.my. We all know that, Maybank2u is running on www.maybank2u.com.my and not as the above.
2. Then again, the whole email was signed off as www.maybank2u.com.my. But when I mouse over both the links, that was the link I got. That means, when you click on any of the 2 links, it does not bring you to the official Maybank2u website but to the link that is shown above.
This is taken from Maybank2u's Online FAQ.
1. What is phishing?
Phishing is a process where scamsters trick you into giving them your user IDs, passwords or credit card details, so that they can gain access to your online banking accounts.
Victims are known to receive phone calls, SMS or most frequently emails claiming to be from a bank or trading partner, asking them for personal information to re-register or update their accounts. Soon after they've provided this information, they usually find that their banking accounts have been cleared out.
2. How do I recognise a phishing scam / site?
Here are a couple of ways you can spot a phishing scam
* you receive a phone call, SMS or email asking you to provide personal/ security information or TAC
* a phishing email link, when clicked, will open into an un-secure login site, with its URL most likely to begin with http, instead of the secure https
* the phishing site's URL may contain misspelled words, like "Mybank" instead of Maybank.
3. How do I prevent phishing attempts?
Here are several safe tips to minimise threats of "phishing" and similar scams
* Do not trust any phone calls, SMS, e-mail, web and chat that requests for your personal details and identity.
* Never click on a URL link in an e-mail or fill out forms in e-mail messages and un-trusted websites.
* Go directly to your bank's web site to access Internet Banking and manually key in the company's web site address in the browser's URL bar.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest security patches. Update your Operating System and Internet Browser with the latest patches, making sure all security and critical patches are applied. Use anti-virus software and, if possible, personal firewalls. Ensure your anti-virus software is up to date with the latest signatures.
* Scanning your PC regularly from a popular anti-virus web site is also recommended.
* Lastly, if an online money-making scheme seems too good to be true, it probably is. This generally holds true for off-line schemes as well!
Again I say, dont ever fall for this. If not, Dato Michael Chong will be very busy again. LOL!

I received a reply from Maybank2u regarding this scam. This is what they said.
